Product Descriptions
All-in-one sand filter is another type vary from common sand filters. That is top-out sand filter connect to the base of water pump by a piece of glass fiber material. Filtration capacity and water flow rate are perfectly macthed.
Under common condition, all-in-one sand filter is used to filter contaminants which diameters under 40um, such as aquaculture wasted water, industrial wasted water and drinking water pre-filtration etc. While filter medium is quartz sand, water pumps in by the compression pump at the front end, the waters penestrate through the sands with high pressure, suspended substances are captured by the sand layer, therefore the water is filtered. Water flow in from the body head, the pressure is getting higher according to the resistance. While the pressure indicated on the piezometer is too high, it should run the backwashing operation. While backwashing, water flow in from the inlet on the head, and remove from the drain outlet, contaminants are removed with the water. Then switch back the head, to resume the filtration process.
